Refund Policy

At Axel Yoga, I do my best to create experiences that are meaningful, supportive, and accessible. I also understand that life happens. Below is my refund policy for classes, private sessions, workshops, and events so we’re all on the same page.

Private Sessions

Sessions canceled more than 24 hours in advance can be rescheduled or refunded.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
No-shows are non-refundable.

Workshops & Events

Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person (just give me a heads-up).
If the event is canceled by Axel Yoga, you’ll receive a full refund.

Retreats & Immersions

Each retreat will have its own cancellation and refund policy listed clearly at the time of registration. Due to the nature of planning, deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Merchandise & Digital Products

All merchandise and digital offerings are final sale, unless the product is damaged or defective. If something’s off, let me know and I’ll do my best to make it right.

Financial Accessibility

If you’re navigating financial hardship and need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out. I believe in access and am happy to work with you when possible.
