A season of growth, community, and building what’s next.

Hi friends (and hello April!)

The light lingers longer, the hills start to green, and the world feels like it’s stretching itself awake again. There’s a kind of momentum in the air right now. Not rushed, but undeniable. Like something is ready to grow. I’ve been feeling that in my own life too.

These past few weeks have been full in the best kind of way. More time on the land. More moments of quiet. More space to listen to what’s actually asking to be built next.

The Tilted Hill continues to take shape in these small, steady ways. Nothing flashy, but deeply real. Clearing space. Making decisions. Letting the vision root a little deeper each day.

It’s teaching me a lot about patience. About trusting that not everything needs to happen all at once.

About letting things unfold at the pace they’re meant to.

And at the same time, there’s so much energy building around community right now.

Spaces to gather. To move. To remember what it feels like to be in it together.

What’s Happening This Month

Move & BLOOM — April 19 at The Green Room Social Club

A little Earth Day magic, community style. We’ll gather for an all-levels yoga flow, followed by a plant swap, raffles, giveaways, and plenty of good energy to go around.

Save your spot for Move & BLOOM

Livestreams Are LIVE! (Starting Friday, April 10th)

Donation-based (sliding scale $5–20)

Mondays at 6pm

Fridays at 9am

This has been something on my heart for a while. A way to stay connected, to practice together from wherever you are, and to keep things accessible. Show up in your living room, your backyard, wherever you can land and breathe.

Pose Focus: Svarga Dvijasana (Bird of Paradise)

This month we begin our yearly exploration of Bird of Paradise. A shape that asks for openness, patience, and presence. A shape that teaches us resilience. A shape that reminds us what it means to come home.

Over the next five weeks we’ll break it down piece by piece. Looking at binds. Balance. Stability. And what it really means to stay grounded while opening into something expansive.

Less about achieving the shape. More about understanding what it’s asking of you.

What’s New

I’m really excited to share that I’ve joined the Placerville Sauna family.

I’ll be leading an Evening Unwind Sauna Session every Tuesday at 6:45pm.

These sessions are slower. More intentional. Guided by breath, sound, and space to pause. A place to come down, soften the edges, and let the week move through you.

Something Queer 2026

One of my absolute favorite spaces to be a part of.

I’ll be offering a class rooted in radical queer joy, expression, and community. Movement as celebration. Practice as liberation. A space to be fully seen.
