Hello dear ones,
February arrives softly, carrying the quiet promise of return. The days are slowly stretching, the light lingering just a little longer, and beneath the surface, something is beginning to stir.
This month is an invitation to move with patience and intention. To tend the inner fire without rushing it. To honor the pause as much as the push. To remember that growth doesn’t always shout, sometimes it hums.
In practice this month, we’ll explore steadiness and direction. Grounded strength, spacious breath, and movement that reminds us how to listen inward before reaching forward. Expect moments of warmth, moments of stillness, and space to reconnect with what feels true right now.
February is also a time of quiet building behind the scenes. Dreaming, shaping, and laying foundations for what’s next. Thank you for being here, practicing alongside me, and helping this work take root. Your presence and curiosity mean everything.
February Offerings and Ways to Practice
Move and Flow at The Green Room
This monthly gathering is a chance to set down what’s been heavy and move toward what feels alive. Through heart opening movement, expansive breath, and intuitive exploration, we welcome the energy of the Horse. Forward motion, freedom, and the joy of trusting where the body wants to go.
We’ll move, breathe, and sweat together in a way that softens the edges and reconnects us to the simple pleasure of being in our bodies and in community. Expect music, warmth, and moments of ease woven into a practice that celebrates release, presence, and shared aliveness.
After practice, stay and linger as the morning flows into The Green Room’s Monthly Queer Community Social. Empanadas, cocktails, mocktails, good food, and time to be together.

Classic Axl Yoga at Old Skool Iron
These are my home base classes. The ones where we get curious, build strength, follow the breath, and make room for both effort and ease. Expect thoughtful movement, honest work, moments of play, and plenty of reminders that your body already knows the way.

I’m also beginning to share the first retreat being offered at The Tilted Hill. An intimate, land rooted gathering centered on slowing down, reconnecting, and remembering what it feels like to be held by nature, by practice, and by community. More soon, and I cannot wait to welcome you into it.
